"We are hoping to sell the following as a package for $26,000: yurt, raised platform, decks, stairs, interior plumbing and wiring, heat stove, interior furnishings such as counters, dividers, bunk beds, etc, the two cushions (+ dark green covers) around the heat stove, and four full mattresses. The photovoltaic system and twin mattresses would not be included because these will be used in the reconstructed hut. The yurt can sleep up to 16 people but we’ve found it more comfortable with a maximum of 12 people. "
